Connect SpareBank 1 to Penge
SpareBank 1 is an alliance of independent Norwegian savings banks, with members serving communities across the country. Penge connects to your SpareBank 1 accounts read-only over Open Banking and gathers your balances and transactions in one place.
How it works
- 1Open Penge on your iPhone, tap to add a bank, and choose SpareBank 1.
- 2Log in with BankID, just as you normally would with SpareBank 1.
- 3Approve read-only access. Penge can see your balances and transactions but can never move money, and your login details are never stored.
- 4Your accounts import automatically and keep refreshing for the roughly 90-day Open Banking consent period.
What about credit cards?
Some credit cards are not covered by Open Banking. If a SpareBank 1 card does not show up, you can upload a statement instead and Penge reads the transactions straight from it.
